Are there any switches for silent installation of FC?
Or may be there are some other methods for installation of FC in LAN (w/o Windows Active Directory)?

I use InnoSetup for the install program. You can try /SILENT or /VERYSILENT command-line parameters.
The other possibility is to download the ZIP-Version http://freecommander.com/fc_u3_en.htm and simply to copy the files to your LAN folder.
