666 - Backup settings; the system cannot find the file

FCXE (666, Win7 x64) was open for a while.
Out of nowhere, the following error message box appeared:
I assume this was from a periodic automatic backup of settings function, but apparently whatever folder/file it wanted to find or create must not be valid.
