I would like encryption for individual files and folders. Also being able to set the encryption to different types. PowerDesk Pro had this feature and it came in very handy when guarding against prying eyes.

I use AxCrypt from Sourceforge for my encryption. It works from the context menu (right click) of a file. The advantage is that it works from FreeCommander, Windows Explorer, and several other file managers.
