Windows Explorer Replacement

There probably is a setting some place for this but figured I would ask. Is there a setting that would open FreeCommander for any file management task? I used to use PowerDesk Pro and there was a setting to allow PowerDesk Pro to substitute for all Windows Explorer tasks. The only time Windows Explorer would open is if I invoked it manually. Appreciate any info, GregT
