FCXE creates TAB if started from command line

have disabled tabs (uncheked "always keep", checked close not all locked ..etc). But if I launch FCXE via command the line:
FreeCommander.exe -L="folder1" -R="folder2"
then FCXE starts with folder1 and folder 2 in tabs. There should never be any tabs unless I intentionally create tabs. FC2009 does not have this issue. I want to be totally tabless Tabs create an extra line/bar/row which is undesirable for my use. Thanks
