Problem opening images in FC XE from Network Neighborhood

Windows XP SP3 32 bit
Network settings are:
Use Windows Shell for network loading
Use cache for server list
I have shared folder on local disk and .jpg file in it. For example, C:\Test\123.jpg (tested on many files and all results are identical)
If in FC XE I double click on file C:\Test\123.jpg (on local disk) it is opened without any problems in standard "Windows image and fax viewer".
If in FC XE I go to Network Neighborhood, find that shared folder and try to double click the same file from there, I don't see image content, but error message in "Windows image and fax viewer" - "Preview is not available".
If in Windows XP I go to Network Neighborhood, find that shared folder and try to double click the same file from there - all is fine.
If in FC XE I go to Network Neighborhood, find that shared folder and try to Open file with... and use "Windows image and fax viewer" or "Paint" - all is fine too.
