"FreeCommander XE 2014 Build 650, Windows 7 SP1 64-bit"
"Libraries\Music" displays both the folders from the library "Music" and those from the library "Documents". WinEx does not do this, & (under Windows) I have connected nothing to the library "Music", which is in its default form. (I don't use libraries, but was trying to, to overcome FreeCommander XE 2014 Build 650's left to right tree view real estate requirements.)

You must upload your screen shots to a picture host and use that URL here. (Be glad we cannot look into your computer )
I don't have the problem you describe (XE64 652, Windows 7 Professional 64 bit SP1).
But I'd like to have the sub-folders for own and public files in each library as Win Explorer shows in the folder tree. But that's not an x64 issue, it is the same in XE x86.
