Folders synchronization left side "selected folders only"

Hello dear developers.
Firstly thank you very much for this tool!
It would be really useful to have a ""selected folders only"" check-box, that would compare/synchronize the left panel selected folders & files only against the whole right side panel content
Is there a way to do it and I am not aware of it? It is possible so please let me know if this is the case.
