Unable to start Free Comander

I loaded 2007.10a onto my Windows XP Pro (SP2) computer at home and the install worked fine but I am unable to launch the application. Double-click, then hourglass for a second then nothing. Looked in task manager and nothing there either. Took same download copy and installed on another computer (same OS) and it works fine. Idea's?

You can try to delete/rename your freecommander.ini file first and then start again.

I've had the same problem today. I have quit FC on friday and today it couldn start up - hourglass for a couple of seconds, process FreeCommander.exe started, but nothing shows. My solution: Delete all network directories from FreeCommander.ini. The network computers were turned off and replacing them by local folders made FC start up.
