[634] Tab path display - root path format

Importance/Severity: Low
Bug or unexpected behavior: Tabs set to root of drive display the drive's volume name.
Expected behavior: Would ideally display the standard root back slash instead - saves space, easier to distinguish.
Work-around available: N/A.
