I'd been using 609 and also 2009b2 in Win 7 64bits without any problem. But after installing 621, I can't open files inside folders with Farsi (Persian) name, it says famous error message "The Diretory Name is Invalid". (It doesn't depend on file name)
Back to either 609 or 2009b2, still problem exists.
"Windows Explorer" and "Q-Dir" can open every file without any problem.
Any Help?

Can you open the viewer for that file (F3)?
Can you create the folder with the same name in other place?
Try to copy into the "bad" folder some other file, e.g. txt or doc - can you open that other file?

After many hours wrestling with windows, I found the problem origin, but can't find the solution!
It happens when folder name consists "ی" (Unicode letter U+06CC).
This letter is typed when you enable Farsi language and set direction right-to-left with alt+shift and press "D" on keyboard.
I've used this letter as other letters for many years in "FreeCommander" for folder naming, but why this problem appears only in b621, neither in "Windows Explorer" nor "Q-Dir"

No, I can not reproduce it. It works for me fine.
Please try to answer my questions:

Can you open the viewer for that file (F3)?
Can you create the folder with the same name in other place?
Try to copy into the "bad" folder some other file, e.g. txt or doc - can you open that other file?

Yes, Vierwer (F3) can show file contents even in "Bad Folders".
I try creating folders in other places, but again if folder name contains "ی" (Unicode letter U+06CC), problem will occur.
Also copying other files into "Bad Folders" repeats the problem.

All 3 yes! Any help?

What about the older releases? Can you open the file in the "bad" folder with one older release?
