I right-clicked on the toolbar, and then clicked on the customize action toolbar option. I did see an option to have large icons, but this was greyed out, and so was the changing from 18 for the button size.

Is there some way to be able to change these settings? And is this the only way to get large icons on the toolbars?

In 628 it works fine for Splitter and Standard toolbars, as well as for Favorite toolbars. The option is greyed out only for Address and File container toolbars.

You're right. Even for my version number, I was able to select the Standard toolbar, and then select the big icons and change the size number. Thanks for letting me know about that.
