about "last used folder"

hi,

i have set Settings->Start program->Start folder "Start with last used folder" and Views->Folder tabs "Show tab row for one too", but when i re-open FreeCommander, the left window opened 2 tabs, the last used folder and the root, the rigtht window is OK.

for example:
in left window,the last used folder is "E:\temp", in right window, the last used folder is "D:\temp", re-open FreeCommander, the left window will show 2 tabs, one is "E:\temp", the other "E:\", the right window shows just 1 tab, "D:\temp".

is there anything or settings i missed?
