618 - 'Auto compare on filter change' problem

This option in synchronize dialog is set as default, but it doesn't work when dialog is opened.
If I check off this option and check on it again, it will work.
How to reproduce:
1. Open synchronize dialog.
2. Click 'Compare' button.
3. Open 'Filter' tab and set filter.
4. Open 'Files' tab again.
(Result: Nothing change. Filter is not applied.)
5. Check off 'Option -> Auto compare on filter change'.
6. Check on 'Option -> Auto compare on filter change' again.
7. Open 'Filter' tab and set filter.
8. Open 'Files' tab again.
(Result: This time, filter is applied.)
If I check off this option and check on it again, it will work.
