Number of toolbar lines and positions lost after change...

When I change the number of toolbar lines from 2 to 3 and then enable/disable any toolbar button, number of rows is always changed to 2 and position of the toolbars is lost.
I'm using these options:
- use big icons (should be "use large icons" I guess, BTW)
- drawing style with gradient
- show menu as toolbar
