AptDiff download link not working

Something is wrong. Aptdiff claims full Unicode support. But when I save two docx, files as .txt files in UTF-8 encoding, it still shows junk character in the same, and not the Unicode letters (Hindi language/ Devanagari script).

I don't know what I am missing. have the latest version as on the site.

though, not an fc issue.
