mcodsax.dll Crash

FreeCommander2007.10a / WinXP SP2
Only happens when I right-click on a tree form icon.
This is a fresh install of FC and w/o any "plugins."
Now, I've been googling this dll and found it to be part of McAfee.
Any info on how to let me use "tree-form."
Not sure if this is a bug or folly on my own end.
