weird folder selection problem

I just download and am using the donor 604 version, I'm still seeing issue like the earlier public preview, was wondering if others see the same issue.

1. I like leaving my favorite items open as for quick access to directories, if I check "Open favorites with single-click", I got this weird problem say if I'd 5 items in my items list, if I click on item 1 the active panel could randomly goto some other items there like item 2, I don't see any problems if I uncheck that option and instead use double-click to switch among my different items. Anyone sees similar things?

2. a similar issue was I've folders created on my desktop, so these folders also show up under "Desktop" in my tree view. Selecting these items will see the name in the tab changed to the folder I selected, but the files in the active panel don't change. Anyone see this?

so etc. had posted a bug report on the exact issue 1 I'd

where he actually narrowed down the problem to FC changing directory to the directory where the cursor last pointed at, not the directory that I'd clicked on in the beginning, glad someone else see this and I'm not insane

Now if someone else see my 2nd issue..... (create directories in your desktop with some contents inside them, now try changing between these directories in the active panel by clicking on these directories under desktop in your tree folder, the name of the tab will changed to the directory you'd click on, but the contents of the directory (the files viewed) is unchanged)
