FileCopyPrg INI setting doesn't work

Per the message from Marek at viewtopic.php?t=39 (I don't have enough posts to post the link in directly apparently, but I'm sure y'all can figure it out 
), I expected FileCopyPrg to allow me to use FastCopy (or another program) as the copy tool. It doesn't appear to; the Windows Vista copy is used regardless.
I have the setting in the [Form] section.
Version 2007.10a, running under Windows Vista Ultimate.
