is there a way to create an additional toolbar that will contain folder icons for the favorite folders?

Which FC-Version do you use (FC 2009 or FC XE)?

FC 2009 has only one additional toolbar but you can create categoriers in this toolbar.
In FC XE you can define more separate toolbars and you can use a favorites tree like in firefox.
