1. The file selection bar should be empty rectangle.
Now we have rectangle filled with white color. It is not good for dark color themes.

2. Newly created tab should be inserted after the active tab. Not at the end.

3. Drag&drop a tab should insert it between tabs, not swap with some tab.


Hope that it will be improved in the new version.

What version are you using?
I'm using FC-XE 597, but the answers apply to many earlier releases as well.

Would Settings > Select Items > Colors help? You might need to try different colors for Text and Background in order to find the best combination for your color scheme.

In FC-XE, go to Settings > Folder Tabs > Tab Management
[x] Add new tab near current tab

I'm not experiencing a tab swap, but a proper drag&drop as I described in your other post viewtopic.php?f=7&t=4285#p12806
