597 - Viewer and text files still broken

UTF-8 .lng files are loading correctly if RTF is enabled for .lng files, but other files (non-UNICODE?) are empty now, I need to click the "text" icon to display these files.
Edit: OK, so if I remove the .lng files from RTF option, all files are loaded correctly now, old and new UTF-8, but I'm still not sure if it's not a bug, RTF files should be detected correctly too - if possible.
