595 - Favorites: Custom folder icons get lost.

The custom icons associated via Windows with folders for which I have entries in the favorite tree are not shown most of the time.
1. Press Alt+F: Only standard icons are shown
2. Go to Edit Favorites and click OK: Custom icons appear again
3. Press Alf+F twice: Custom icons disappear. See first screen shot
4. Open favorite popup: No icons on the first tree level at all. On the second level only the standard icons are shown.
