columns change their positions to default

Is this bug, or is this something I can't tune - when I switch between views Images and Table (detailed view), all columns (name, size, date etc) change their positions (length between them) to default. Sorry for my English.

For me it works OK. The width of columns is the same after switch from detail to thumbnail and back.

It works not properly if you have not defined any detailed view.
Fixed in the beta 306.

Yes I defined detailed view by moving colums farther than it is in default detailed view. Try to do the same - if it's a bug, column position will return to the default position.

the only thing with "custom columns" is that you don't really know what width to set. You must set something, save it, test it and if it is not good you need to re-enter and make changes again (and again and again...until it is good enough)
Other than that it's great
(see a new "features request" about having "name", "extension" and all others but no "name only").
Update: Just reviewed the other forum and they already submitted one for the "name only" column
