Shift+Ctrl+1 shortcut for Favorite Folder does not work. Shift+Ctrl+2, Shift+Ctrl+2 shortcuts work.
FC Version 2007.10a OS Win XP2

Can't corfirm. Perhaps it's a conflict with other program - global shortcut.

FC 2007.10a, Win XP SP2.

I uninstalled and than again installed FC and the problem disappeared.
