590 - quick viewer: fit to windows not working properly

- select file eg. test.zip
- CTRL+Q then set to hex mode
- click "fit to window"
-> text is not adapted to window until mouse scroll

Was fixed before 593.

nope, problem persists in 594.
1. after pressing "fit to window" in text or hex mode, nothing happens until one clicks in panel or scrolls up/down mouse wheel.
2. "fit to window" tooltip probably incorrect, should be "fit to panel" or similar
3. as in "line numbers" button "fit to panel" button should remain pressed after selection
