How to auto-minimize delete FC operation?

I couldn't find it, for FC copy/move there is the Settings tab, but I can't find it on FC-Delete dialog.

The FC-Delete dialog has three tabs: Operation, Files, Settings.

OK, the shortcut for "Delete to recycle bin (FC)" has the "Settings" tab, but...
...keyboard shortcut "Delete" + "Delete > Use FreeCommander" (in settings) doesn't have it *.
OK, so from now on it has the settings tab too, right after I have used "Delete to recycle bin (FC)".
It looks all dialogs have a problem with the settings tab, here is an example when copying the file, first the settings tab is missing, after the operation is cancelled, it's shown. I can always reproduce this one.
