Custom colums and configurable status bar is nice, but for some kind of files the current info is not so important (date for example), the other information is more important.

Perhaps even pre-defined default custom columns and the status bar conditions might be added, for example:

Audio (MP3) files:
[fc_sizeAutoSel] [mp3bitrate] [mp3playtime] [mp3year]

Image files:
[fc_sizeAutoSel] [exif_width]x[exif_hight] [exif_taken]

What I would like, rather than adding things to the status bar, is a sort of dockable panel with all the item properties in it. XYplorer has this, and it is very nice. This panel could display the directory properties if you click on the ... button or the background, or it could display the file properties if a file is selected, or the properties of a selected dir. Then, of course, in the options panel, we could select what we want to see in the properties panel.
