Custom Icons

Hi Marek,
is it possible to add for commands which don't have default icons my own icon? For example now I added to the address bar the button "Autosize columns", it worked OK, but there was a gap now without any icon visible.
Secondly - when you click left mouse on this address bar you always open a history. This is unpractical (in my opinion) in case you use left click for changing active and inactive panels. And in adition to it, you have special button for history view there.
And in thumbnails view of file names should be the same background color and font color like in details view according the settings.
