How to disable “unselect identical name files”

Strange thing with FreeCommander, in flat view it unselects all files with identical names even if they in different directories 
So I can’t make list of files in my library properly

So I have question, how to disable this feature?
I guess programmer makes this feature for his needs, but I’m not found disable switch in settings
