FEATURE: let there be possibility to move/copy file with the dialog window - in order to be able to rename target file before the new file is created (as in the previous FreeCommander version)

- (Settings: "Use dialog window for rename" is on)
- select a file in right panel
- click on the "Move" button in the splitter bar
- ---> show dialog window "Move", possibility to rename file

The reason: when there are e.g. 100 files in the target panel, it is cumbersome to look for newly created file and to rename it.

It is already there, use the F5 button instead of the move button in the splitter bar
