Is there anyway to run this unattended (.bat or startup)

Greetings!
This little programs does just what I want it to do. But I'm wondering is there anyway to run it at startup or even create a batch file to be run at startup? Either way!
All I'm doing is a multi rename. I did create a 'profile' when I had the multi rename dialog up.
Any help is appreciated!
