553-delete a folder gives Error-Dialog

If I delete a folder then I always get an Error-Dialog.
can I set it that it doesn't happen anymore?
FC XE should move to the next available folder in the hirachie without showing the Error-Dialog. WindowsExplorer deletes the folder and moved the cursor to next folder in the hirachie.
