Wrong logic in settings

Hi
In the Settings on "General" page is checkbox "Handle closing as minimization" but is enabled only when "Minimize to system tray" is chcecked. And checkbox "Restore with doubleclick" is not afected by minimize to tray. I think it's reversed.
I have changed manualy the close handling option in config file bud it doesn't work.
