R546 - sorting by Type is not working sometimes

I have this folder:
as you see it's sorted by Type.
But often I get this sorting.
this happens quite often and it happens in all folders and on all drives. I have to restart XE to make sorting by Type working again.
When I have a bad sorting then something must happen e.g. changing to another folder and back or sometimes make a Screenshot with HyperSnap then some kind of refresh is done and the sorting is updated.
