Working directory when running exe from freecommanderXE

Is it true that when running an exe from freecommander (in the filelist not as a favorite tool) the working directory for that exe is the freecommander directory?
In freecommander 2009 this is not the case so is this a bug or something I did wrong?

I think I found the answer, it's something that is fixed in the latest donor beta.
When will the new poormans public preview of freecommander XE be released?
