Using Win7 Pro-64. This happens in all builds I've tried (410 - 418) and occurs every time after it's been working properly for several days. Some condition or software conflict seems to cause it, but I can't isolate it. Version XE works OK with right-click on ZIPs, but doesn't offer the convenient "Extract All To..." feature so I don't use it.

Could be related to the FcContextMenu64.exe. Do you use a software firewall? You have to allow that process through, if not it will crash.
