XE: Two treeviews not possible (and other observations)

In the XE version of 21.12 it is not possible to have a treeview both in the left and right pane which is a major deficiency IMO. It seems to be a one setting for all. Having two treeviews is possible in 2009.02b.
Some other observations:
Pro's
- Copy/Move dialogs nicely reworked.
- Proper looking OK/Cancel icons.
- Most icons nicely reworked (not all though).
Cons
- The new 'theme' results in quite an unreadable (and ugly) address bar and tabs on XP with Zune theme. Changing to other visual styles doesn't have any effect.
- When enabling the treeview, where are the drive buttons for?? Since enabling the treeview shows permanently 'Desktop', 'My Computer', 'Recycle bin' and all the drives in the tree no matter what drive I choose. Having a clean treeview (i.e. show only the folders of the selected drive) was a strong point of 2009.02b. Now it is just as cluttered as Windows Explorer.
- Why not using the default system font and size in the tree/listviews instead of a deviating one? In XP the fontsize is at least different.
- The function key bar (F3 .. Alt-F4 buttons) at the bottom looks like a relic from prehistory. Total Commander looks also prehistoric IMHO. I'd advice not to go that way, at least not by default. And it consumes another line.
- I don't see much use of the command line above the F3 bar and it consumes another line. I'd suggest to disable this one by default too.
- I prefer the old blue FC icon than the orange one.
- I've a bit mixed feelings regarding the main splitter bar, especially when having FC maximized the icons in this bar are spread from top to bottom with huge spaces in between. And I couldn't find a way to get rid of it in the Settings.
Please don't feel offended by the list of Cons. FC is a great product and this feedback is intended to make it even better. Keep up the good good work!
