Control panel shows only these lines on my Computer:

Strange, can't confirm on Vista 32 bit.

Sorry didn't write that it happens on:
Windows7 Ultimate 64Bit
If I test on a Windows7 32Bit then all lines are shown. Seems to be on 64Bit only.

It is WIndows 64 Bit problem.
