R514 - Dialogsize is not saved in all circumstances

Hi,
Win7 x64.
Resize the FC-Dialog to the top of the Screen. Windows shows some round lines (waves) around the Cursor as a note that Win7 resized the Dialog to the top of the Screen and to the buttom of the Screen or when Taskbar is visible resized to the Taskbar.
Close FC open FC now the last Dialogsize is set which was active before I resize to the Top/Bottom of the Screen.
If I do it manually and resize the Dialog first to the top and then to the bottom and avoid to use the Win7 Aero-Function then also after FC restart the Dialog size is fine.
