it doesn't work when I put chinese as a folder or file name

Hi, I am an Korean user and I'm really enjoying freecommander.
In fact, I use 4 languages which are Korean, Chinese,English and Malay.
It's been just a few weeks since I got to know freecommander and used it.
Here is a thing,
I usually put Chinese characters as folders' or files' name, but
with freecommander, I couldn't name folders or files with Chinese letters.
Is it all about "not supporting unicode"??
Here are my configurations.
OS : Windwo 7
the version of freecommander : 2009.02b
