Duplicate folder tabs disappear after restart

I usually have four tabs opened in each panel of FreeCommander, and sometimes I end up having the same folder opened in multiple tabs within the same panel. In this case, after I restart FreeCommander, only one tab with that folder is left in the panel; the duplicate tabs disappear.
To reproduce the problem:
Expected result: All previously opened folder tabs are displayed.

- Start FreeCommander.
- Select any panel and press Ctrl+T (or select View > New folder tab) to duplicate the current folder in another tab.
- Restart FreeCommander.
