Filter unzipped folders in synchronisation

Hey developers,
I am using FreeCommander now for quite some time to synchronise directory's between VM's and to synchronise local directory's with my network. The synchronise directory's is a very useful tool there.
What I think a useful addition would be is the ability to filter out unzipped directory's. Like for example when I have ".\zipped_file.zip" and ".\zipped_file\" that a filter option would exclude the ".\zipped_file\" directory.
Maybe something like exclude: .\%FolderName% WHERE EXISTS %FolderName%.zip (a bit sql likely)
If I the option exists and I missed it: sorry, but please explain me how to do this.
