R508 - Is drag & drop in File-List enabled?

I didn't want to bug-report this, because maybe it just has not been implemented yet.
I can drag folders in the tree to move them up and down the tree.
(I can not drag them into the file-list as I can with 2009-02a.)
In File List, the cursor will select items, but I can't drag.
Copy and Move functions do work, and context menu functions also.
Just no dragging.
I saw this mentioned in recent post by mariuszsw, so I see I am not the only one.
Is it a bug, or a feature awaiting implementation?
