Feature requests: options to configure some actions on files

Feature requests:

1) Option to prevent that write protected files will be renamed, moved or copied. Could be: allow (without asking), ask, do not allow (without asking).

2) Option to completely disable drag and drop, I think useful for people with certain physical impairments with the mouse.

2) Option to completely disable drag and drop

I wonder if that is something that can be done by an application, will Windows let that be done?
I think there are ways to do that with Windows OS Policy / Permissions, but perhaps for a simpler approach to get a similar result, you could use free Microsoft TweakUI to adjust mouse sensitivity. If you set the number of pixels the cursor must move to register as a drag to a very high number, the result would be almost the same as disabling the drag.

Just a thought .......
