Cannot select FTP if "Show | as Combo Box" with Tree Pane.

This bug has been reproduced by others.

Steps to reproduce the bug:
Set the drive toolbar to "Show | as Combo Box".
Activate the Tree pane (Alt+T).
Select any drive, then attempt to select the FTP client.
The FTP client selection is ignored and the focus remains on the drive.
Close the Tree, select a drive, then the FTP client. The FTP client selection works as expected.
If the drive toolbar is set to "Show | as Bar", the FTP client can be selected with the Tree pane enabled.
The "as Bar" and "as Combo Box" functionality should be identical.
