Add a "set-timestamp-to-now" command

You already have a way to set the file modified time (under File >> Attributes/Timestamp). I use that frequently but 99% of the time I always do the same operation--set the modified time to "now". Currently this requires 4 steps:
(1) Shift-Enter.
(2) Click "Set timestamp" checkbox.
(3) Click "Current date and time" icon.
(4) Press OK.

I would like to suggest that this operation should have its own menu item and shortcut key to make it a one-step task.

Thanks for making FreeCommander such a great utility!
