I have a wireless Canon printer with a memory card that I can use to transfer files to other house PCs.

When I copy a file to the Canon memory card the new file only shows after I have clicked on another drive and then clicked back to the Canon memory card.

Is there anything in options I can do to make the new file show without having to look at another drive?

Try checking this box:

That's checked.

It looks as though I have to do a refresh to get them to show.
