do not EVER change drive in protected tab

If tab is protected (name shown with #) - then I need FC never will replace it's content from another drive. If another drive letter selected - then it must open in new tab instead of current protected. And if drive with same letter is alreeady opened - then it must be just switched to another folder in opened tab.
