Square Bracket Issue with Rename

I tried searching through the forum & the help file but could not find the answer to this:
Normally I use 1-4aRename, but when testing out out FC to do some renaming I found a problem.
When trying to add [mp3bitrate] to the end of an mp3 file name and trying to surround that information in square brackets the preview appears like this:
ExampleMusicFile [[mp3bitrate]].mp3
Works OK with curly brackets or round brackets too {(
In other programs an escape character can be used to display the character, for example %[
Is there an escape character I can use in FC to achieve this ?
